Learning Models:
SIMI programs offer a Fully Online or Hybrid learning model (conditionally applied), allowing students to study with original programs from Switzerland and partner countries. This enables students to achieve qualifications equivalent to those of full-time international students without the need to live in or attend on-site activities. The Broadcast classes with SIMI’s Lecturers on scheduled days are perfect for those with busy work lives or limited time during the week.

Program
The Master of Arts in Education Management and Talent Development (MAEMIP) Dual Qualifications program consists of 6 mandatory modules and a Master’s Capstone Projects for a combined total of 180 UK credits, lasting a minimum of 1.5 years.
Mandatory Modules:
- Contemporary Issues in Education: Theory, Policy and Practice (20 UK credits)
- The Management of Educational Change (20 UK credits)
- Managing Effective Intercultural Communication and Perspectives (20 UK credits)
- Pedagogy and Practice in Education (20 UK credits)
- Leading Reflective Practice in Education (20 UK credits)
- Research Methods in Education (20 UK credits)
After each module, learners will take an ending exam. The end-of-module exams are application-oriented essays to help learners review knowledge, apply knowledge in the workplace, and improve the practical environment.
Master's Capstone Projects Stage (60 UK credits):
- Dissertation/ Capstone Projects/ Work-based Project

Dissertation/ Capstone Projects/ Work-based Project
Dissertation/ Capstone Projects/ Work-based Project will be associated with solutions in the workplace. It can be an educational development plan, pedagogical development, or management improvement project written in 7,000 - 8,000 words.
Graduating from the Master of Arts in Education Management and Innovation Pedagogy (MAEMIP) Dual Qualifications program, the learner could:
- Develop leadership capacity in pedagogical environments amidst changing times;
- Acquire research and self-development skills to become an internationally accredited educational manager;
- Formulate educational models adhering to international quality management standards.
- Plan effective marketing and enrollment strategies in a competitive educational market.
- Confidently lead and manage lecturer teams, inheriting and imparting pedagogical management classes;
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to emerging education trends, integrating technology for enhanced teaching and learning;
- Design, evaluate, and manage training programs aligned with program and syllabus expectations.
Teaching and learning strategies:
The central training philosophy of the program starts from understanding the theory and case studies that are currently applied in world enterprises to the process of applying the learned knowledge to the enterprises themselves and the learners’ business environment. In addition to the practical knowledge, the program also equips the necessary skills for a business leader and manager in the volatile and risky global business context.
The program is Learner-centered and focuses on solving learners’ problems:
The Learner-centered training method will focus on solving learners’ problems through background knowledge and case studies that are applied in successful businesses worldwide. Through each module, learners will step by step solve management problems that they face every day with the guidance of the theoretical system, the practice system, expert lecturers and local teaching assistants.
Admission
In addition to the entry requirements, candidates applying to the program are also assessed for their suitability by the admissions committee before joining the program to ensure that they can acquire and benefit from the program.
Entry requirements:
To enroll the Master of Arts in Education Management and Innovation Pedagogy (MAEMIP) Dual Qualification, the learner must possess one of the criteria below:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Majors from accredited universities; or
- A Level 6 EQF diploma or equivalent. Level 6 Diploma degrees must be from organizations that are authorized to issue degrees and have been accredited.
English requirements:
If a learner is not from a predominantly English-speaking country, proof of English language proficiency must be provided.
- Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 or equivalent
- Or A minimum TOEFL score of 101 or IELTS 6.5; Reading and Writing must be at 6.5 or equivalent

Certifications & Apostilles in Switzerland:
Certifications & Apostilles is the process by which The Cantonal Chancellery certifies original public documents of the Canton of Zug (where SIMI Swiss is authorized and licensed), thus validating them for use abroad. The process solely verifies the authenticity of the diploma, confirming its origin from the Swiss Institute of Management and Innovation, and ensures the genuine signature of the chancellor/dean.
